This friendly and informative session is designed just for parents—no experience required! Whether your child is just starting out or competing at a high level, this clinic will help you become a more informed and supportive gymnastics parent.

Hosted by HERO PERFORMANCE HEALTH
Presented by Dr. Kyle Ryley TCMD
This workshop provides parents and athletes with a practical guide to enhancing their recovery. Discover actionable strategies such as nutrition tips, rest protocols, and at-home recovery techniques tailored to gymnasts. Learn how to identify when professional intervention is needed and how to create a supportive recovery environment that promotes faster healing and peak performance.

REFUNDS
A $25 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ALL REFUNDS.
Refunds will be given, minus a $25 administration fee, up until March 1, 2026.
Please allow at least two weeks following the competition for refunds to be processed.
Please forward all requests to info@thegrizzlyclassic.com, with “Attn: Chris Pettigrew, Refund Request” in the subject line.
After March 1, 2026, refunds will only be given for medical reasons.
A refund request must be in writing and accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. The $25 administration fee will still apply.

Waiver release
Upon the completion of my club’s registration, I agree that all participants (athletes and coaches) have completed Alberta Gymnastics Federation’s Notification of Risk form, Personal Information Protection Act form, and are registered in the correct category to be appropriately insured for this event. Any participants who are from outside of Alberta agree that the appropriate release forms that are set out by their own Provincial/National sporting organization have been completed, and that all participants (athletes and coaches) have appropriately registered and are insured to participate in this event.

By completing the registration to The Grizzly Classic competition, you have consented to and authorized the use and reproduction by Grizzly Classic of any and all photographs, video recordings or audio recordings taken at The Competition for use by The Grizzly Classic Gymnastics Society.
