REFUNDS

A $25 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ALL REFUNDS.

Refunds will be given, minus a $25 administration fee, up until March 1, 2025. 

Please allow at least two weeks following the competition for refunds to be processed. 

Please forward all requests to info@thegrizzlyclassic.com, with “Attn: Chris Pettigrew, Refund Request” in the subject line.

After March 1, 2025, refunds will only be given for medical reasons.

A refund request must be in writing and accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. The $25 administration fee will still apply. 

GC Buss Pass

Event transportation will be provided from all host hotels to Genesis Place for $45 PER PERSON throughout the event. Please see the full registration package for additional details, including a service map and tentative schedule.

Athletes and coaches who wish to use this service must add it at the time of registration, as minimum numbers are required to offer this service. Parents, friends, and family can purchase a Grizzly Classic Bus Pass on the first day of the event. Those interested will be notified no later than January 20, 2025, about whether the service will be offered or not. If transportation is cancelled, we will refund purchases accordingly.

Final shuttle schedules will be provided to all clubs no later than March 1, 2025.

Releases

Waiver release

Upon the completion of my club’s registration, I agree that all participants (athletes and coaches) have completed Alberta Gymnastics Federation’s Notification of Risk form, Personal Information Protection Act form, and are registered in the correct category to be appropriately insured for this event. Any participants who are from outside of Alberta agree that the appropriate release forms that are set out by their own Provincial/National sporting organization have been completed, and that all participants (athletes and coaches) have appropriately registered and are insured to participate in this event.

Photo/video release

By completing the registration to The Grizzly Classic competition, you have consented to and authorized the use and reproduction by Grizzly Classic of any and all photographs, video recordings or audio recordings taken at The Competition for use by The Grizzly Classic Gymnastics Society.
