CPC Clinics- Baldwin Asala, Sports Psychologist, will focus on helping athletes perform under pressure by managing nerves, maintaining focus throughout competition, building confidence independent of outcomes, and developing effective pre-performance routines. He will also address mental recovery after mistakes, handling expectations from self and others, strengthening mental toughness as a trainable skill, and preventing burnout to support long-term success.
