Lalitha Taylor is a University of Alberta alumna and award-winning Registered Dietitian based in Calgary, Alberta, with over 20 years of experience in nutrition education and counseling. She has served as a National Spokesperson for Dietitians of Canada and as a nutrition columnist for CBC Edmonton Radio.

A former competitive athlete, Lalitha understands the dedication, discipline, and precision required to perform at a high level. She uses this experience to translate sports nutrition science into practical, real-world strategies that support energy, strength, recovery, and overall health for gymnasts of all levels — from recreational to elite.

As founder of Taylor Nutrition, with offices in Edmonton and Calgary, Lalitha works with athletes, parents, and coaches to provide evidence-based, sustainable nutrition guidance that helps gymnasts fuel safely, optimize performance, and maintain long-term health.
